Accounts connected via OAuth (embedded signup) receive incoming messages automatically — no extra configuration needed. For manual accounts (created with your own credentials), you need to point your Meta app’s webhook to WhatsRB.

Steps

In your Meta App Dashboard → WhatsApp → Configuration:

Set the Callback URL

Set the Verify Token

Enter your WhatsRB API key (wrb_live_...) as the verify token.

Subscribe to webhook fields

Enable the messages field to receive incoming messages and delivery statuses.
Once configured, Meta will forward all incoming messages and delivery receipts to WhatsRB, which dispatches them to your registered webhook endpoints.
